Mighty-Mite Marketing, Inc. is the only maker in the world of 100% High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) one piece fireworks mortars. Our first prototypes were made in 1983 and ever since then Mighty-Mite Mortars have set the standard for quality and reliability for display fireworks mortars around the globe.
Mighty-Mites come in 2" (50mm), 2 1/2" (60mm), 3" (76mm) and 4" (102mm) inside diameters (IDs). We also make our Pyro-Pipe Mortars in 5" (127mm), 6" (155mm) and 8" (205mm) IDs from custom extruded HDPE pipe and a solid wood plug, which is fastened with bolts all the way through.
All our mortars are ready to bury in the ground or in troughs, or placed in above ground wood racks or other holders. All are suitable for firing ball (round) or cylindrical (canister) aerial shells, including most smaller multiple break shells, mines or comets.
