Order Info

To place an order:

1. Fill in the Order Form, or use a blank sheet of paper or a new e-mail message and list the quantities of each ID size needed.
2. Determine the price per unit. Mighty-Mites have a quantity discount for the quantity per ID size per order. It is not cumulative!
3. If SUBTOTAL is over $1,000 and order between 10/1 - 4/1, figure the Volume Discount.
4. Group each ID size. Calculate the weight for each group with the Weight Table.
5. If a small order, look up your 3 digit zip on the UPS Zone Chart to find your Zone. If a large order (over 200 lbs total), or air freight service or outside the 48 States, please contact us! UPS now has a special Hundredweight Service that can save!
6. Use the UPS Rate Table to determine the UPS freight and handling charges for each ID group.
7. Total up the costs, shipping charges, $7.00 Handling. WI customers please add 5% Sales Tax!
8. Send your check or money order, payable in US $ with your order. CODs are Cash only and require an additional $7.00 per COD order. Master Card and VISA orders require cardholder's name, card number and expiration date!  (Note: We do not guarantee secure e-mail connections. You may wish to send call, fax or mail credit card orders if you prefer)
9. If this is your first order, you MUST complete a Customer Agreement Form!
