Orders of $1,000 or more ----- 25% deposit (non-refundable) with order; Balance on delivery (to the carrier)

Orders of less than $1,000 ----- 100% payment with order.

NO MINIMUM ORDER                      

1. Payment must be in US $ drawn on a US Bank.
2. Cashier's check, money order, credit card , bank wire transfers and pre-approved corporate purchase orders accepted.
3. Personal or company checks may require 10 banking days to clear.
4.  CODs - No rush orders and cash only: $7.00 extra!
5. Overseas orders: Irrevocable Letter of Credit, at sight, in our favor.
6. Orders are only tentative until deposit/payment/CC/PO/LC is received and approved.
7. Custom Orders may require payment in full in advance.
8. A Customer Agreement Form must be completed or on file prior to shipment of ALL orders!

Volume discount apply to orders placed, with deposit or payment made between October 1 - April 1 ONLY!

3. No warranties are expressed or implied regarding these materials and specifications. Materials and specifications may be modified anytime for any reason.
4. The Buyer accepts total responsibility for the safe, proper and legal use of all products and according to all federal, state, and local codes, regulations and laws or insurance requirements and the fireworks or pyrotechnic special effects manufacturer's instructions.
5. The Buyer relieves Mighty-Mite Marketing, Inc. it's Officers, suppliers and agents from any and all liability associated with the use of all of it's products.
